Since commencing operations on May 24th, 1994, we have built a solid reputation in providing corporate financial support and venture capital investments in sectors such as banking, communications, mining, dry cleaning and laundry services ensuring strong financial partnerships with private sectors.

Founders & Ownership

Amalgamated Investments Ltd was founded by Mr. Sabah Bedwei Majdoub and his wife, (Late) Mrs. Bridget Akosua Bedwei Majdoub. The company is proudly owned by Mr. Sabah Bedwei Majdoub, a seasoned Ghanaian business executive and (Late) Cdr. Joseph Anani Caesar Combey, a retired officer of the Ghana Navy, reflecting a legacy of excellence, leadership, and integrity.

Leadership

The Chairman and CEO of Amalgamated Investments Ltd is Mr. Sabah Bedwei Majdoub, with a dedicated team of directors including Mr. Kazan Bedwei-Majdoub and Mr. Johnny Kanyi Combey, ensuring strong governance and effective decision-making across the organization.
